The Soul Spa Room Rental Agreement *

By clicking here you accept the following terms This is a binding agreement between the Soul Spa and the practitioner/professional who would like to rent the therapy rooms for private practice or to run training courses. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice or the full cost of the room will be charged The Soul Spa agrees to: 1) Offer a clean, safe, confidential environment for the practitioner and client to work in. 2) To give at least 24 hrs notice wherever possible of building closures due to bad weather etc. 3) Give one month’s notice if rooms are no longer being used for rental purposes. The practitioner/professional agrees to: 1) Respect all furniture and fittings and to leave the rooms as they were found. 2) To inform The Soul Spa if they need to cancel the session. At least 24 hrs notice is needed otherwise the full amount will be charged for the room. 3) To provide their own resources and do their own administration. 4) Pay end of month invoices within 2 weeks of receipt. 5) Be fully responsible for the health and safety of their clients/course participant. Change are not responsible for damage to personal property. All bags and coats are left at the clients own risk. 6) To provide up to date indemnity insurance, evidence of Professional body membership, qualifications.
