The Spirit Zone has a special energy and feeling all of its own. It’s ideal for counselling and talk therapies and can be converted to a body work room if required. It permanently houses a ‘Lafuma’ recliner chair, loved by our hypnotherapists and reflexologists. The size of the room makes it possible to fit a small group for teaching or talking.
